We deliver a wide range of programmes spanning grassroots sport, competitive team football, long term athletic development, creative arts, and community outreach. Our work reaches children from the age of 5, young people, and adults — bringing people together, building confidence, and creating pathways to brighter futures.

Community Outreach & Support
We go where we're needed — engaging with community members, identifying needs, and connecting people with the right support and opportunities. We provide targeted mentoring for children and young people with SEND, those at risk, and individuals not in education, employment or training.
Empower Weekend X Short Breaks Activity Respite
A structured activity programme designed to build confidence, encourage physical and social engagement, and support overall wellbeing — including multi-sports, drama, creative arts, enrichment experiences, and life skills development.
Referrals Welcome
We accept referrals from Local Authority Social Services, schools (mainstream and SEN), Targeted Youth Services, and parents/carers. A simple 5-step process from initial contact to getting started.
